The Challenge

Previously, the casino’s internal management relied heavily on WhatsApp groups, which caused:

  • Complex coordination and communication
  • Manual tracking of VIP guests and attendance
  • Lack of centralized analytics or reporting
  • Hard to track revenue contribution per guest or staff performance
  • No Centralized Data Management
  • Manual and Confusing Processes
  • Hard to develop systems
  • No Analytics to track consumption, guests and revenue

Solution Approach

We suggested to build a customised mobile based application that will look similar to whatsapp solving their existing challenges, we offered:

  • A centralized dashboard for all operations
  • Real-time analytics and notifications for VIP activities
  • Complete visibility of attendance, tasks, and guest data
  • Automated tracking of financial transactions and reporting
  • Eliminated the need for scattered WhatsApp communication
  • Integrated all key functions like guest bets, task management, and financial reporting
