Two tiers · Standard and AI-powered
Run the agency, not the spreadsheet.
A CRM shaped around how an agency actually works — a lead becomes a proposal, a proposal becomes a project, a project becomes an invoice and then a retainer. One thread, start to finish, instead of four tools and a WhatsApp group.
Leads → invoices
Built for Indian agencies
We run on it ourselves
Why this exists
Nothing is lost. It is just in four different places.
Most agencies do not have a CRM problem, they have a joining problem. The information exists — it is simply never in the same place as the decision.
01
The lead lives in WhatsApp
Someone enquired three weeks ago. Nobody can say who spoke to them last, or what was promised.
02
The proposal lives in Drive
Version 4 final final. No record of what was quoted, to whom, or whether it was ever opened.
03
The project lives in someone's head
Status comes from asking. Scope creep is noticed at the end, when it is already free work.
04
The money lives in a sheet
Who has paid, who is overdue, what is due this month — recalculated by hand, every month.
How it works
One thread, enquiry to retainer.
Each stage carries the last one with it. The quote remembers the brief, the invoice remembers the quote, and the retainer remembers all of it — nothing is typed twice.
Two tiers
Start with the system. Add the AI when you want it chasing for you.
Same CRM, same data, same screens. The AI tier adds a layer that reads what is in there and acts on it, rather than waiting to be asked.
Tier 1
Standard
The full management system — sales, purchase and leads in one place, with the reporting on top.
— Lead capture, assignment and pipeline stages
— Clients, contacts and complete activity history
— Quotations and proposals with version history
— Projects, tasks, owners and deadlines
— Invoices, payments and overdue tracking
— Purchase and vendor records
— Team, roles and permissions
— Reports on pipeline, revenue and delivery
For an agency that wants everything in one system and nothing left in a sheet.
Tier 2 · includes everything in Standard
AI-powered
The same system, plus a layer that reads the pipeline and tells you where to spend your day.
— Lead scoring from source, behaviour and history
— Follow-ups drafted in your own tone, ready to approve
— Deals going quiet surfaced before they go cold
— Meeting notes turned into tasks and owners automatically
— Proposals drafted from the brief and your past quotes
— Plain-English answers about your own pipeline
— Payment-risk flags on invoices before they go overdue
— Daily brief: what needs you today, and why
For an agency where the pipeline is bigger than the time available to work it.
What's inside
Nine modules. No add-on pricing.
Everything an agency actually touches in a week. Modules marked AI get the extra layer on the second tier.
Leads & pipeline
Capture, assign, stage and forecast. Source attached to every lead.
AI: scoring
Clients & contacts
One record per client with every call, mail and file against it.
Proposals & quotes
Built from the brief, versioned, sent and tracked to a decision.
AI: drafting
Projects & tasks
Scope, owners, deadlines and status that nobody has to ask for.
AI: from notes
Invoices & payments
Raised against the project, chased on schedule, reconciled in one view.
AI: risk flags
Purchase & vendors
What you buy to deliver, against the job it belongs to.
Retainers
Recurring billing and renewal dates that run without reminding.
Team & roles
Who sees what, who owns what, and what each person shipped.
Reports
Pipeline, revenue, delivery and team load — without exporting anything.
AI: ask in English
The AI tier
A brief comes in. The proposal is already drafted.
On the AI tier the system reads the enquiry, picks the matching scope from work you have quoted before, and puts a draft in front of you. You edit and send — you do not start from a blank page.
Sample enquiry and draft, shown for illustration.
Who it's for
Built by an agency, for agencies that have outgrown the sheet.
Agencies of 5 to 50
Big enough that nobody can hold it all in their head, small enough that an enterprise CRM would be a waste.
Founders still in every deal
You are selling, quoting and reviewing delivery. The pipeline needs to tell you where to look instead of you hunting for it.
Retainer-led businesses
Recurring billing, renewal dates and scope creep are where the money leaks. All three sit in one module.
Teams living in sheets
Four tabs, three people editing, one version that is right. Migration is part of setup, not a separate project.
Not for everyone
If you are two people with six clients, a sheet is still cheaper and faster. We will tell you that on the call.
We run on it too
FameWeb's own leads, quotes, projects and invoices sit in this system. Every module exists because we needed it first.
Questions
The things people ask on the first call.
Can we start on Standard and move to the AI tier later?
Yes. It is the same system and the same data — the AI tier switches a layer on top of what you already have. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing is migrated a second time.
What happens to the data sitting in our sheets?
We import it during setup: clients, open leads, live projects and outstanding invoices. You keep the sheets as a read-only record for as long as you want them.
Does the AI send anything on its own?
No. It drafts and it flags. Every mail, quote and follow-up waits for someone on your team to approve it before it leaves.
Can we control who sees what?
Roles and permissions are built in. A designer sees their own projects and tasks; they do not see margins, invoices or the full pipeline unless you give them that.
We already use another CRM. Is this worth switching?
If your current tool holds leads but your quotes, projects and invoices live elsewhere, you are still stitching four systems together by hand. That gap is what this closes. If it is already one system that works, we will say so.
How long does setup take?
[Confirm before publishing: typical go-live timeline, e.g. two weeks for Standard, three for the AI tier.]
Where does our data sit?
[Confirm before publishing: hosting and data location — your own server or ours, and in which region.]
What does it cost?
[Confirm before publishing: pricing for both tiers, and whether it is per seat or a flat licence.]
