Two ways to get a meeting into VOIQ.
Most tools only work if the meeting is a video call. Your best meetings are not. VOIQ takes either one.

What happened
Priya is interested in running a pilot from next month, but the current pricing is above what she has signed off internally. She asked for a revised quote with a smaller starting scope, and flagged that Rahul controls the budget and needs to be in the conversation before anything moves.
Worth knowing
+
Used a competing tool before and found onboarding slow. Speed matters to her.
!
Budget approval sits with Rahul, not Priya. Nothing closes without him.
~
Tone was positive throughout. No real objection except price.

Revised pricing and pilot plan, as discussed
Hi Priya, good to meet today. As agreed, I am sending a revised quote with the smaller starting scope, one team for the first 30 days, by Thursday. I have added Rahul here so the budget side is covered from the start, and I will include an onboarding timeline since you mentioned setup speed was the issue last time. Pilot can begin next month once pricing is signed off.
Everything else it does quietly.
Works in a room, not just on a call
Most meeting tools are bots that join a video link. VOIQ records the conversation in front of you, a client office, a cafe, a site visit, where the real decisions usually get made.
Knows who said what
Speaker separation, so commitments land on the right name.
Handles Hindi and English
Including the mix most meetings actually run in.
Search every meeting
Find the one where that number was promised.
Push to your CRM
Notes and next steps land on the deal automatically.
Books the next step
Calendar invite drafted from what you agreed.
Share a clean recap
One link for your team. No login needed to read it.
Private by default
Your recordings stay yours. Delete any meeting at any time.
From a conversation to a sent email.
Four steps, and you only do the first one.
1
Capture it
Hit record in the room, or upload a file you already have.
2
VOIQ listens
Transcribes the conversation and works out who said what.
3
Read the recap
Summary, decisions and action items, ready in minutes.
4
Approve the follow-up
Check the drafted email, change anything, send.
Questions, answered.
Does it work for in-person meetings, or only video calls?
Both. That is the main reason VOIQ exists. Open it on your phone, start recording, and put the phone on the table. You can also upload a recording from any other source.
Which languages does it understand?
English and Hindi, including conversations that switch between the two mid-sentence, which is how most business meetings actually sound.
Can I edit the follow-up before it goes out?
Yes. Nothing sends without your approval unless you deliberately turn on auto-send. You can rewrite the email, change the recipients, or reschedule it.
Where is my data stored, and who can hear the recordings?
Recordings and transcripts are tied to your account and are not shared. You can delete any meeting permanently at any time.
Does it connect to my email and CRM?
Follow-ups send from your own email address, and meeting notes can be pushed to your CRM against the right contact or deal.
What does VOIQ cost?
Start free and record your first meetings without a card. Paid plans are based on how many hours you record each month.
